近日，大家或许都在关注江歌母亲诉刘鑫案。
2016年，震惊中日的留日女学生江歌遇害案，曾牵动千万人的心。

女儿遇害后，江歌的母亲江秋莲陷入了对凶手伏法的苦苦追索。而江歌以生命为代价保护了的室友刘鑫，在事后于网络上发表刺激性言论，进一步对江秋莲造成伤害，于是便有了江秋莲诉刘鑫生命权纠纷案。
而就在昨天，一审宣判结果终于出来了！

2022年1月10日，山东省青岛市城阳区人民法院对原告江秋莲与被告刘暖曦生命权纠纷案作出一审判决：被告刘暖曦于判决生效之日起十日内赔偿原告江秋莲各项经济损失496000元及精神损害抚慰金200000元，并承担全部案件受理费。
The compensation mainly consists of 496,000 yuan for Jiang 's financial losses and 200,000 yuan for her mental anguish over the death of her daughter, Jiang Ge. It also covers some lawsuit-related expenses, according to the ruling made by the Chengyang District People's Court in , Shandong province.

在江歌去世5年后，江秋莲终于做到了！
她站在法院门口，说：“我接受这个结果，我要去看江歌，我要告诉江歌这个结果。我要告诉她，妈妈做到了。”
看得人百感交集。
这一路走来，江秋莲真的太难了。

江歌案始末
2016年11月2日15时许，陈世峰找到刘鑫与江歌同住的公寓，上门纠缠滋扰，刘鑫向已外出的江歌求助。
江歌提议报警，刘鑫以合住公寓违反当地法律、不想把事情闹大为由加以劝阻，并请求江歌回来帮助解围。
江歌返回公寓将陈世峰劝离。之后，江歌返回学校上课，陈世峰则继续尾随刘鑫并向其发送恐吓信息。
期间，刘鑫未将陈世峰纠缠恐吓的相关情况告知江歌。
当晚23时许，刘鑫因感觉害怕，通过微信要求江歌在地铁站等她一同返回公寓。
陈世峰在公寓门外，手持水果刀捅刺江歌颈部十余刀，随后逃离现场。
刘鑫在屋内两次拨打报警电话。江歌因左颈总动脉损伤失血过多，经抢救无效死亡。
此后，江秋莲与刘鑫因江歌死亡原因等产生争议，刘鑫还通过网络方式对江秋莲发表过刺激性言语。
Jiang Ge, from , East China's Shandong province, was stabbed to death in the corridor of her apartment by Chen Shifeng, Liu Nuanxi's ex-boyfriend, on Nov 3, 2016. She was completing her postgraduate studies in Japan when she was killed. Chen was sentenced to 20 years in prison by a Japanese court in Tokyo in 2017.
The mother blamed Liu for her daughter's death by claiming Liu had locked Jiang out of the apartment when she was attacked. She also criticized Liu for avoiding her and refusing to explain the details of the incident face-to-face after the tragedy happened, according to a previous media report.

刘鑫改名，成网红大V

而在这靠“被骂出来的热度”吸引了30多万的粉丝中，还有源源不断的粉丝打赏。网友发现，刘鑫发布的长文下有5万多元的打赏，俨然成为一位大V。
12月22日下午7时许，@微博管理员发布公告，称@刘鑫6_6微博账号存在通过私信、点赞等形式消费并攻击被害人家属的行为，依据相关规定，即日起关闭此账号。

Sina Weibo explained on Dec 22 its decision to shut down user account @刘鑫6_6. The account was turned off for profiting from a murder victim's family member, Weibo announced through its official account, saying the decision was made after an investigation into the numerous complaints the platform had received against the user. The account's owner Liu Xin was the roommate of the 24-year-old graduate student victim Jiang Ge, who was allegedly killed by Liu's ex-boyfriend in 2016 in Japan for defending Liu. Jiang's mother was seeking an apology from Liu, but received verbal attacks on Weibo instead.

江歌母亲起诉刘暖曦
虽然凶手陈世峰早已被判决，但江歌母亲与刘鑫之间的恩怨并未结束，她认为刘鑫应该对江歌的死亡承担一定的道德责任，于是选择起诉刘鑫。

The mother said on her Sina Weibo account that she received relevant legal documents about the case of her daughter, Jiang Ge, notarized by both Chinese and Japanese authorities and was ready to confront her daughter's roommate, Liu Xin, in court.
据《新京报》报道，之前刘暖曦和网民骂战时，曾一度抛出“江歌是同性恋”、江歌曾经向她表白的言论；在法庭作证时，刘暖曦强调江歌打工地点是有情色意味的居酒屋。

如果这些言论被证明是子虚乌有，那可以认为这是对江歌的名誉侵权，构成诽谤，贬低了江歌的社会评价，也使江歌收留他人并被害的事迹流为争风吃醋的闹剧。
《新京报》快评表示，江歌虽然已去世，但是依法律、依有关司法解释，逝者的名誉权保护会有必要的延伸，“欺负死人不会开口”一样会被追究法律责任，江秋莲有权代表女儿起诉刘暖曦。

In January, Liu claimed on her Sina Weibo account that Jiang Ge was a lesbian and that she and Jiang were a couple, triggering online discussion.
Jiang said she does not discriminate against homosexuality and would love her daughter even if she was a lesbian, according to a report from the Beijing News.
1894天后，失去女儿的江秋莲终于守得云开见月明。
江歌案带给我们的思考很多。在死亡的威胁面前，有人勇敢、有人怯懦；在失独的痛苦面前，有人同情，有人嘲讽。人性的光辉与阴暗面，在这个横跨五年的案件中展露无遗。
愿受害者安息，愿悲剧不再发生，愿这位失去挚爱的母亲，能够重新找到生命中的阳光。
