有报道称，台湾地区领导人蔡英文在接受采访的时候承认美军以训练为目的存在在台湾。
对此，外交部发言人汪文斌在今天（28日）下午的例行记者会上表示，一个中国原则是中美关系的政治基础。在台湾问题上，美方应该恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，而不是自己单方面炮制的什么东西。我们坚决反对美方同台湾地区进行任何形式的官方往来和军事联系，反对美方干涉中国内政。
美舰近来多次在台湾海峡大秀肌肉，挑衅搅局，向“台独”势力发出严重错误信号，威胁台海地区和平稳定。是谁在台湾问题上搞胁迫？国际社会看得很清楚。
汪文斌强调，两岸统一是历史大势，是正道。“台独”是历史逆流，是绝路。民进党当局的谋“独”行径丝毫改变不了台湾是中国一部分的铁的事实，也撼动不了国际社会普遍认可一个中国原则的稳固格局。凡是数典忘祖、分裂国家的人从来没有好下场，搞“台独”是死路一条，支持“台独”也是一条不归路。任何国家、任何人都不应低估中国人民捍卫国家主权和领土完整的坚强决心、坚定意志、强大能力，否则必将再次遭到失败。
China firmly opposes any form of official exchanges and military contacts between the United States and China's Taiwan region, said the Chinese Foreign Ministry on Thursday.
Wang Wenbin, a spokesperson for the ministry, made the remarks in answer to a about a CNN report on Taiwan leader Tsai Ing-wen, who reportedly confirmed that "U.S. troops are training military on the island."
Wang urged Washington to adhere to the one-China principle and not interfere in China's internal affairs, stressing that the principle is the political foundation of China-U.S. relations.
He said U.S. warships have "flexed their muscles" many times in the Taiwan Straits recently, sending serious wrong signals to "Taiwan independence" forces and threatening peace and stability in the region.
"Who is guilty of coercion? The international community knows the answer very well," Wang said.
Reunification across the Taiwan Straits is the trend of history, whereas "Taiwan independence" is a dead end, he stressed.
Wang said any move by the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) authority will not change the fact that Taiwan is a part of China, nor will it change the fact that the international community generally recognizes the one-China principle.
The spokesperson warned that no country and nobody should underestimate the strong resolve, determination and capability of the Chinese people to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
与此同时，国防部新闻局副局长、国防部新闻发言人谭克非在今天下午的国防部例行记者会上就民进党当局领导人发表所谓“讲话”、声称两岸“互不隶属”等行为答记者问。
谭克非表示：坚决捍卫国家主权和领土完整，坚决挫败一切外部势力干涉和“台独”分裂行径，是中国人民解放军的神圣使命。大势所趋、大义所在；不动如山，动如雷霆。中国人民解放军将强化使命担当、保持高度戒备，确保在党和人民需要的时候召之即来、来之能战、战之必胜。
On the same day, Tan Kefei, a spokesperson for China's Ministry of National Defense, also criticized the U.S. for attempting to elevate military contacts with Taiwan in a "sausage cutting" way.
In response to a about the DPP authority's recent remarks about military ties between the U.S. and the island, Tan said China will take resolute countermeasures if the U.S. continues to play the "Taiwan card" and send wrong signals to separatist forces seeking "Taiwan independence."
The Chinese military will take all necessary measures to foil interference by external forces and any move to seek "Taiwan independence" and resolutely safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity, he said.
此外，国台办发言人马晓光在今天下午就蔡英文此前接受美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）采访承认“美国军人在台”等言论答记者问。
马晓光表示：蔡英文及民进党当局顽固推进“台独”，借各种场合在国际上散布“台独”言论，用“民主自由”等幌子包装“台独”主张，欺骗国际舆论，鼓噪“以武拒统”“倚美谋独”。蔡接受CNN采访所谈，再次暴露其“台独”图谋冥顽不化。
民进党当局上台以来，施政无能，民生哀怨，却耽于制造族群矛盾，钳制言论，欺骗民众，分化台湾社会，大搞“绿色恐怖”，疯狂打压异己。推进“去中国化”“渐进台独”，强行割裂台湾民众与中华文化和中华民族的血肉联系，极大伤害了广大台湾同胞的根本利益。
为达政治目的不惜以卑劣手段进行各种政治操弄，有何资格和脸面谈“民主自由”?民进党当局打着“民主自由”幌子贴靠有关国家，本质上是在国际上谋“独”。
民进党当局不断进行“台独”挑衅。这是破坏台海和平稳定、升高台海局势风险的根源。民进党当局“以武拒统”“倚美谋独”，拿台湾民众的血汗钱购买军火，只会给台湾民众利益带来损害，给岛内带来兵灾。我们对“台独”零容忍。打击“台独”分裂行径不计成本。任何人不要低估我们捍卫国家主权和领土完整的坚强决心、坚定意志、强大能力!
世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国一部分，中华人民共和国是代表全中国的唯一合法政府。台湾无权参加联合国这一由主权国家组成的政府间国际组织。我们了解台湾同胞对参与国际活动的想法与感受，在坚持一个中国原则基础上，过去曾经、今后也可以作出妥善安排。“台独”分裂势力企图以“参与国际活动”谋“独”绝无可能。
我们敦促有关国家政府和有关媒体，认清民进党当局谋“独”本质，恪守一个中国原则，不向“台独”势力发出任何错误信号，不为“台独”言论提供任何平台，以免给台海和平稳定造成进一步损害。
